The creative makers behind the Zurich textile studio Sula know how to track down the pulse of time and bring it to the carpet. The designs inspire on all levels and show a high degree of craftsmanship.
The carpet collection Frietjes was created in collaboration with the Dutch designer Lex Pott. His raw and intuitive style is evident in his designs, which are reduced to the essentials. 'Frietjes', by the way, means as much as French fries.
To what extent the deep-fried sins have inspired him, we can only guess at this point. The result, however, is a skilfully graphic design in a strong mustard yellow.
