Together with the studio Hannes Wettstein, 'Horgenglarus' critically examined this long forgotten table typology and now presents the modern interpretation of a traditional table with the 'Savoy'.
Savoy' consists of a round solid oak tabletop resting on a slender anthracite lacquered cast iron base. The simple, gently curved feet are filigree and straightforward and lend 'Savoy' a timeless austerity. For the production of the feet, 'Horgenglarus' cooperates with a specialized local foundry that still masters the traditional craft of sand casting.
