The so-called 'Conscious Table' was designed in 1958 by the famous Danish furniture designer and architect Børge Mogensen in collaboration with Esben Klint. Hard to believe how old this thoroughly timeless design is!
The table is made of solid FSC-certified oak and can be extended by another 40 cm with an attachable extension leaf. The extension, by the way, comes in cool MDF and conjures a great contrast to the warm, soaped wood.
In my eyes, the 'Conscious Table' is made to become the new center of your living room as a dining room table.
