In Retreat, the poetry lies in the warmth created by design and materials, and in the thoughtful composition of individual elements - how they meet and merge. Note how the gently folded cushions form the armrests, suggesting the presence of a human hand.
Retreat is both designed and crafted to provide comfort and enjoyment for many years to come. The frame is made of solid beech, while the generously soft cushions are filled with layers of foam of different densities and finished with down. The craftsmanship is carried out by Fogia's experienced seamstresses, upholsterers and carpenters.
