The perfect armchair has yet to be invented, I've always thought. However, the Fri model that Jaime Hayon has cooked up for 'Fritz Hansen' is pretty close to absolute perfection for me.

The armchair fits perfectly into any environment and looks open and inviting. 'Fri' creates its own space to relax and sit comfortably without feeling absent or aloof.
In the 'Designer Selection', 'Fri' comes in three great colors. I'm particularly fond of the Atom White, and you can also order an optional ottoman in the same color to serve as a footrest or small side table.
