Sometimes restraint is the right tactic to put yourself in the best light. The makers of the traditional Swiss company Baltensweiler have been using this tactic for over 60 years. They develop and produce luminaires that work extremely efficiently and look discreet and elegant at the same time.
The Type 60 work lamp, which can be moved in all directions, is the little sister of the large stand lamp.
With its simplicity I like it extraordinarily well: the reflector has a simple, classic form, the base stands firmly on the table and offers the lamp a lot of support. The proven mechanical joint ensures that you can always point the spotlight where you need it: on the work surface, aimed at the document or turned towards the wall for more indirect light.
