A real Zurich fondue! That's what (cheese) friends Nicolas Haeberli and Thomas Meyer dreamed of. Together they have concocted a unique fondue mixture from regional ingredients: Racy, as it should be, and smooth to the Häx.
The fine cheese fun consists of a mixture of cheeses in various degrees of maturity from the Zurich Oberland, namely from Schnebelhorn and Sternenberg, produced by the Preisig cheese dairy, a family business from Sternenberg.
And what else belongs in the fondue? Correct! Something high-proof! In this case, a colossal Riesling-Sylvaner from the Landolt winery, refined with a shot of 'Turicum Gin'. Holla, the forest fairy!
