The still life series of the Danish photographer Pia Winther has recently fallen into my hands. I really like how she manages to capture the beauty of moments and objects with her pictures.
The detailed elements of a flower or the moment when the wind gently lifts the curtain of a hotel room. Seemingly irrelevant details and moments become light and elegant in their simplicity and are transformed into something graphic and contemporary by Pia's gaze.
