Coastal' is a work for which the artist Matthew Korbel-Bowers studied the colors and shapes of the coastal areas of Northern California. For years he collected color combinations as he found them on the coasts of the Golden State.
The assemblage of colors was done naturally, reflecting the random arrangement of hue maps on the walls of Matthew Korbel-Bowers' studio.
'ZigZagZurich' captured these areas of colour, which have grown together to form a graphic pattern, onto pure cotton sateen bed linen. The pillowcase zips up at the bottom and is made in Italy. And what makes for especially peaceful nights: the bed linen is Ökotex 100 certified.
