Surface knives in a set of 12 from Serax

The shape is based on the classic French restaurant cutlery that I have been using for 25 years at "Oud Sluis" and that I also chose for "Pure C" and "The Jane". Why change something that is almost perfect? I didn't - and I am extremely proud of the cutlery in the resulting Surface collection, because I am convinced that this collection solves the disadvantages of classic restaurant cutlery. The stonewashed surface gives spoons, knives and forks exactly the modern character I wanted to achieve.
