I find the material alabaster insanely fascinating. Each stone has a different grain. Thus, every piece that is created from alabaster is unique.
'Luna Piena' is a plate for fruits, nuts and everything else that can be collected on it. Patterns, veins, landscapes; a white 'Luna Piena' is like a full moon on the table. The alabaster shows its best side on the generous surface.
A little note about this great natural product: alabaster is porous and the plate gets a little patina over time due to the fruit lying on it.
