Floor lamp Wo-Tum-Bu

I have to say: Ingo Maurer has great ideas! What he comes up with around the topic of light always amazes me. If you're looking for creative lighting solutions, you've come to the right place.

'Wo-Tum-Bu' is one of the fascinating organic paper constructions from the 'MaMo Nouchies' series. It is a light object that enchants with perfection and grace. The paper sheet is wrapped around the light fixture like a towel around the body of a bather.

Speaking of bathrooms: You should rather not place the 'Wo-Tum-Bu' there because of the humidity. I would much rather recommend the bedroom or living room, or even a spacious hallway.

Like all lamps of the 'MaMo Nouchies' series, the shade is made of Japanese paper, which is elaborately processed in several steps in Dagmar Mombach's manufactory. The light is warm and soft and can hardly be distinguished from conventional halogen light.
