Inspired by the desire to create a light source with a sculptural quality, Danish designers Viola Heyn-Johnsen and Jonas Trampedach have created the Parade Lamp series. It consists of a square base and a curved top made of colored glass. The geometric shape causes the expression to change depending on the angle at which the lamp is turned.
The carefully selected sizes and colors complement each other in height, hue and temperature, creating a cohesive effect that forms an interlocking pattern when multiple lamps are viewed together.
