A real Zurich fondue! A unique fondue mixture has been created from regional ingredients: Racially, as it should be, and supple up to the Häx.
The fine cheese pass is produced by the Preisig cheese dairy, a family business, in the Sternenberg in the Zurich Oberland. Only silo-free milk is processed here, which is collected daily from the farming families of the region.
Through regular care and careful maturation, wonderfully powerful and full-bodied aromas develop. Urs Preisig has put together an exciting mix of the recent 'Steialt', mild 'Sternenberger' and spicy 'Sternenberger Schmelz' for the Züri fondue.
And what else belongs in a fondue? That's right. Something high-proof! In this case a colossal Schiterberger Riesling-Sylvaner from the Landolt winery.
