Domus Chair

The 'Domus Chair', a masterpiece of modern furniture design, was designed by Ilmari Tapiovaara as part of a furniture series for the Domus Academica student residence in Helsinki.

The chair, which is comfortable enough to sit for a longer period of time, has achieved great international success. Its characteristic short arms allow it to be pulled close to a table - ideal for learning at a desk and eating. Without sacrificing the necessary support and comfort.

It was created by the famous Finnish designer as early as 1946 and has been used in homes and public spaces all over the world ever since. Now he may hopefully also soon to you home...
