One of my favorite domestic textile studios ZigZagZurich has a new textile development behind it and now proudly presents the result: shower curtains made of water-repellent cotton. Yay!
The heavy 'Panama' cotton used for this is high quality and ideal base for the beautiful prints. After printing, the cotton is treated with a special acrylic coating that seals the cotton. This makes it waterproof, dimensionally stable and resistant to mildew, but without losing the soft feel of cotton.
The print 'Roy'Ally Clean' was designed by artist Sophie Probst. Obviously inspired by the works of pop artist Roy Lichtenstein. The comic language of pop culture is combined with bold colors, creating the appearance of another room in your bathroom.
