The first F300s were made from fiberglass or injected polyurethane, which allowed for ergonomic shaping while maintaining a lightweight look. The F300 has been responsibly upgraded for the 21st century and is now made in Italy from HiREK®, a technical polymer derived from industrial plastic waste. HiREK is lightweight, UV, weather and pressure resistant and retains the durability of plastic, but is 100% recyclable.
